A board game insert matched to your box

We design trays and dividers for a specific game title – expansions included – so every component has its place. An insert compatible with your chosen game, not an official publisher accessory.

  • Insert built for one specific title, expansions included
  • Sleeved cards fit without being squeezed
  • Faster setup and faster pack-down after playing
  • Components protected while the box is in transit
  • Design sent for approval before printing

What we print

We design the insert for a specific box and a specific title – accounting for the number and type of components, including sleeved cards.

  • Component trays

Dividers keeping tokens, miniatures, dice or wooden pieces in place so they don't shift around in transit.

  • Sleeved card holders

Card holders sized to the thickness of your specific sleeve type, so cards don't jam.

  • Token sorters

Trays with separate compartments for different token or resource types, making setup faster.

  • Expansion inserts

An insert designed together with an expansion for the base game, so everything fits in one box.

  • Replacements for the factory tray

An insert instead of the cardboard tray that falls apart after repeated setup.

  • Extra components

Individual missing or extra game pieces – e.g. extra pawns or markers – designed to match existing components.

What to know before ordering

A game insert is usually a large, multi-hour print – a few facts that affect lead time and price.

  1. 01

    Print time

A single insert is often 6-15 hours of printing, since it covers many dividers and a large surface area. This affects the lead time.

  2. 02

What to tell us when ordering

The game title (and any expansions), a list of components, and whether cards are or will be sleeved – and in what thickness.

  3. 03

    Box dimensions

Internal box dimensions (length, width, height), best measured with a ruler or sent as a photo with a tape measure.

  4. 04

    Maximum part size

A single printed part is at most 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Large trays are split into sections and joined.

  5. 05

    Material

PLA as standard – sufficient for an insert stored inside a game box, with no thermal load.

Indicative pricing

A game insert is usually several large parts – price depends on the number of components and box size.

  • Simple insert (a few trays)

    od 120 zł

A small game with few component types, one or two trays.

  • Extended insert

    od 220 zł

A game with many component types, or an insert covering an expansion – several matched parts.

  • Extra part

    od 35 zł/szt.

A single extra holder or tray added to an existing insert.

The figures above are indicative market ranges for large, multi-hour prints – we give the exact price and lead time after the quote.
