3D printed car parts

We reproduce discontinued and broken interior and trim parts — from your own example or from photos with measurements. Printed in PETG or ASA, never PLA.

  • We work from a sample, from photos with measurements, or from a file
  • PETG and ASA — materials that survive a hot cabin
  • Discontinued parts and parts for classic cars
  • Single pieces, no minimum order
  • We do not make safety-related parts

What we reproduce

Most of what reaches us is small plastic detail that grows brittle with age and cannot be bought on its own — the manufacturer sells the whole console, or nothing at all.

  • Trim clips and fasteners

Door card, headliner and sill trim clips that snap every time the interior comes apart.

  • Vent louvres and controls

Air deflectors, wheels and levers of the vents — the part that fails most often and shows the most.

  • Knobs and buttons

Climate control knobs, adjuster wheels and buttons with a splined seat worn smooth.

  • Caps and covers

Blanking caps for dashboard openings, bolt covers, trim panels left after equipment was removed.

  • Interior handles and levers

Interior door handles, seat back and glovebox levers, sun visor clips.

  • Brackets and mounts

Brackets for interior parts, harness and cable mounts, frames and mounting adapters.

  • Bushings, guides and gears

Parts of window, glovebox and seat adjustment mechanisms — where one small component is what actually wore out.

  • Parts for classic cars

Details for models whose stock ran out long ago and is not coming back.

What to know before ordering

3D printing does not replace every car part. Below are the limits where it genuinely works — and the ones we do not cross.

  1. 01

Material: PETG or ASA, never PLA

PLA deforms at around 55 °C, and a cabin standing in summer sun passes that comfortably. We print in PETG as standard (to approx. 75 °C), and parts exposed to sunlight in ASA (to approx. 95 °C), which also handles UV.

  2. 02

Where it works and where it does not

Interior, trim and parts not carrying heavy loads — yes. The engine bay, contact with fuel, oil and operating fluids, and permanently hot components — no: the temperatures and the chemistry are outside what these materials tolerate.

  3. 03

    What we do not make

We do not take on safety-related parts: braking, steering, suspension, airbags, seatbelts and their mountings, the fuel system, and load-bearing body components. That is not about printing difficulty; it is about responsibility for the consequences.

  4. 04

    How we reproduce a part

Best of all from the original — broken is fine, as long as every fragment survived. If part of it is missing we need photos from three sides, calliper measurements and a photo of the socket it goes into. A ready STEP or STL file works too.

  5. 05

    Tolerance and fit

Realistic accuracy is about ±0.3 mm. On snap fits that can be the difference between \u201egoes in\u201d and \u201esnaps\u201d, so for those we print a test piece and correct the clearance before making the real part.

  6. 06

    Rights to the design

We make replacements, not original parts — we do not put the vehicle manufacturer's logo or markings on them. We do not reproduce parts that are currently on sale and protected by a registered design. By ordering, you confirm the part is for repairing your own vehicle.

Indicative prices

Cost is driven by reproducing the shape rather than by the printing itself — which is why a part sent to us as an original is cheaper than one rebuilt from photographs.

  • Reproduced from your sample

    from 90 zł

A simple part sent to us as an original, damaged is fine as long as all fragments are there.

  • Modelled from scratch

    from 190 zł

A part rebuilt from photos and measurements, or one whose missing half has to be reconstructed.

  • A set of the same part

    from 35 zł/pc.

When it is not one clip that broke but the whole set — the model is made once, the printing repeats.

These are starting points, not a price list. The final price comes after we have seen the part or the photographs — together with a realistic date.

How it works

  1. 01

    Enquiry

You send photos of the part and the car model, or simply ask whether it can be reproduced at all.

  2. 02

    Original or measurements

You send the part to be copied — or, if it is gone, photos from three sides and the measurements.

  3. 03

    Model and approval

We reproduce the shape, show you the model and give a price. Nothing goes to print without your approval.

  4. 04

    Test print

For snap fits we print a test piece and correct the clearance before the real part is made.

  5. 05

    Printing and delivery

We print in PETG or ASA, check the dimensions and send it back together with your original.
