Production Jigs and Fixtures from 3D Printing
Drilling jigs, assembly fixtures, templates and soft jaws — ready in days, not weeks. You're paying for solved setup time, not for plastic.
- Ready in days, not the weeks milling aluminium takes
- A fraction of the cost of a milled metal fixture
- PETG or ASA for loaded parts, TPU for contact pads
- Easy to revise the design before a production run
- Quote after you send a drawing or a STEP file
What we print
The most common jigs and fixtures workshops and small manufacturers order from us.
Drilling jigs
Guide the drill to a repeatable spot, without marking points by hand every time.
Assembly fixtures
Position parts relative to each other while gluing, soldering or fastening.
Positioning templates
Locate a part in the same spot on a workstation, for machining or inspection.
Go/no-go gauges
A fast check that a dimension is within tolerance, without a caliper on every piece.
Soft vice jaws
Shaped to a specific part so it holds securely without marking the surface.
Workbench tool holders
Keep tools within reach, in a fixed spot on a bench or shelf.
What's worth knowing before you order
Material choice, tolerances and how to prepare the enquiry.
- 01
Material chosen for the load
PETG or ASA for parts carrying force, TPU for pads that contact the part's surface.
- 02
Tolerances and fit
Realistic print tolerance is about ±0.3 mm — we account for this in the design wherever parts fit tightly.
- 03
Input files
STEP, STL or a dimensioned drawing. No 3D file? That's fine too — we just need dimensions and a description of the function.
- 04
Iterating before a run
Test the first version on the workstation and flag changes before ordering a full set for the line.
- 05
Durability and wear
FDM's layered structure is visible, and under heavy friction a printed fixture wears faster than a metal one — we choose material and wall thickness for the real load.
Pricing
Three typical fixture categories.
Simple jig or template
from 60 PLN
one function, one material, ready to use straight away
Medium-complexity assembly fixture
from 180 PLN
several reference surfaces, finer finish
Soft vice jaws
from 90 PLN/pc
design quoted separately, unit price drops for more pairs
Prices are indicative and exclude design cost. Final quote follows once dimensions and function are set.
How an order runs
- 01
Enquiry
You describe the problem on the workstation, or send a drawing, a photo of the part, or a STEP file.
- 02
Quote
We propose material and construction, and give you a price and a completion date.
- 03
Design approval
We send a model preview for written approval before printing starts.
- 04
Printing and inspection
We print the fixture and check key dimensions before shipping.
- 05
Delivery and on-site test
We ship or prepare for collection — further changes after an on-site test are quoted separately.
